Children’s Yoga classes are based around
interactive play, traditional yoga postures,
story telling, games, song and relaxation.
Children’s Yoga is a fun, non-competitive way
for children to maintain and improve their
health and to relieve stress absorbed from their
environments.
Yoga for children improves stability,
concentration, memory retention, self confidence
and posture. It supports a healthy spine lungs
and muscles. Helping energy levels and other
sports or dance activities.
Penny is qualified to teach 2 ½ to 12 year olds.
She trained with Christaine Kerr at 'Calm for
Kids' yet her classes are given independently as
Maitri Children’s Yoga.
